After researching the commonly known role of a Life Coach, I felt the need to define the term, and address one of the well-known myths about Life Coaches.  A Life Coach is someone in a role of helping others, utilize the skills and motivation they need to enable change. However, a Life Coach do not have the authority to make the change happen. The well-known myth that "Life Coaches always provide expert advice to solve problems". To the contrary a Life Coach usually uses different methods and approaches, depending on the individuals needs and the focus of the coaching project. 

Mission statements – My mission is to utilize professional knowledge of social service skills and abilities acquired over years of experience and education, to facilitate individuals with solutions to their issues by guiding with goal setting and conflict management.

Executive – Rita Reynolds Background - born and raised in Akron, Ohio, moved to Phoenix, AZ to take in some sun, then relocated to Warner Robins, GA to be closer to grandchildren. Certified in Grief and Recovery, graduated from the University of Akron with a bachelor’s degree in Social-Work, member of the National Association of Social Workers, graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Masters in Psychology, an active Life & Supplemental Benefits Consultant licensed in the state of Georgia, and a Certified Professional Life Coach.
